Processing Times and Delivery Estimates

Order shipments are processed within 12 days after the order is placed. If you live in the U.S., you can typically plan to have your order arrive within approximately 3-5 business days of shipping date. In rare cases, the delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact shipping cost depends on the state/country to which your order is being delivered. The cost of your order is calculated automatically when placing your order and may vary depending on your location and the total volume of your cart.

 

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order’s progress.

We proudly offer real-time international shipping rates through USPS or UPS Worldwide services. Local duties and taxes, as determined by the receiving country, are paid upfront at the time of purchase. Door-to-door tracking will be provided. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks but often takes less than 10 days.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your national postal service to file a claim. While 18Sparrows is not responsible for lost or stolen items, we’ll assist with any necessary information for your claim.

Timely Receipt of Packages

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to track and collect the package on time. If the package is not received in a timely manner, it may be returned to 18Sparrows. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with re-shipping.

Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address

If you've entered an incorrect address or need to change it, email us at info@18sparrows.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address, and your order will go to the specified location.

We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses. The buyer is responsible for any return and re-shipping fees.

Address Verification

Before shipping, we check addresses for errors or missing information. If an issue is found, we’ll reach out via the email provided at checkout. Orders won’t ship until we receive address confirmation, which may delay fulfillment.

If there is no response within 6 months after we’ve attempted to contact you, we reserve the right not to provide a refund or return the product.
